rate rules
Rate rules are the rules that govern conditional rates and private rates. Conditional rates (formerly known as fenced rates) are offered to users who match certain conditions, such as being in a specific location or using a certain type of device. Private rates (formerly known as member or qualified rates) can be offered to members of a loyalty program or users who are on some types of audience lists.
