Our policies play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for our users. Please follow these policies when using the Nest Aware emergency calling feature. When we identify a potential policy violation, we may review and take action, including limiting or terminating a user's access to Nest Aware.

Do not call emergency services from your Google Home app for an address other than the one registered in your Google Home app.

Do not make an excessive number of calls.
