Find your Pixel Buds

If your Pixel Buds have been Fast Paired with a compatible Android 6.0+ device, you can use that device to help find them if they've been misplaced.

• If your Pixel Buds are still connected to your device, you can ring them.
• If they're not connected anymore, you can see their last known location.

Ring your Pixel Buds

If you've misplaced your Pixel Buds, but they are still connected to your device, you can make them easier to find by making them ring. This ringing will begin at a low volume, and become progressively louder over time.

1. On a Pixel phone: Go to Settings  Bluetooth, and tap the Settings icon by your paired Pixel Buds name.
   On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app .
2. Tap Find device.
3. Tap Ring Left or Ring Right to start ringing either or both of your connected Pixel Buds. Earbuds must be nearby and connected to your phone to ring. The sound starts at zero volume and gradually increases over 20 seconds. Any gesture on the earbud will stop the sound immediately.
4. Once you've found your Pixel Buds, you can silence them by doing any of the following:
   • From the Find Device screen, tap Mute Left or Mute Right.
   • Leave the Find Device screen or lock your phone.
   • Insert the ringing earbud into the charging case. If the earbud is already in the charging case, it will stop ringing if you remove and reinsert it.
   • If the earbuds are already in the charging case, closing the lid of the charging case will also silence any inserted earbuds. If the charging case lid is already closed, opening it and closing it again will silence the earbuds.
   • Perform a valid gesture (such as raising or lowering the volume) on the ringing earbud.

Check the last known location

Find My Device makes it easier to locate the earbuds when you've misplaced them.¹ If you Fast Paired your Pixel Buds with a device running Android 6.0+ and that has Location and Location History enabled, it will remember the place it was last connected with your earbuds.

While this won't give you an exact or current location, it can help you determine where to start looking, for example, whether you might have left the earbuds at your home or your workplace.

If you have not previously done so, you may be asked to consent to Find My Device Data Processing policies.

From your paired device:

1. On a Pixel phone: Go to Settings Bluetooth, and tap the Settings icon by your Pixel Buds name.
   On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app.
2. Tap Find device.
3. If your Pixel Buds are currently disconnected, tap Last known location to go to Find My Device.
4. Select your Pixel Buds from the list of active devices associated with your account.

Using the Find My Device Android app:

1. Open Find My Device Android app.
2. Sign in to the Google account associated with your Pixel Buds.
3. Select Pixel Buds.

Using a web browser:

1. Open the Find My Device page.
2. Log into the Google account associated with your Pixel Buds.
3. Select Pixel Buds.
