Deleted Skype contacts still appear in your Outlook.com contacts

ISSUE

Skype contacts that have been deleted in Skype still appear in your People contacts list.

Note: You can only delete Skype contacts from within Skype. Read more about how to Create or edit, delete, or restore contacts or contact lists in Outlook.com.

WORKAROUND

This issue is fixed in the new Outlook.com. Get help with Outlook.com.
