Create and manage lists with Cortana - Microsoft Support [MS]

Cortana helps you manage your lists and keep track of the things you need to do. Whether you're putting together a shopping list or organizing your to-dos, you can easily create a list, or add and remove items from your lists on any device using Microsoft To Do. 

  1. Open Cortana then say or type, "Create a list."

  2. Cortana will ask what you want to call the list.

  3. Name the list.

  4. Cortana will ask what you want to add to the list.

  5. When you're finished, Cortana will automatically save your changes.

  6. To edit your list, open Microsoft To Do on any device.

Try these commands to create, add to, or recall your lists:

  • Show me my lists

  • Create a grocery list

  • Create a packing list

  • Add eggs to my grocery list

  • Add jacket to my packing list

  • What's on my grocery list?

  • What's on my packing list?
