More Information

This update includes the following changes:

  • Libya Standard Time:
DST starts on the last Friday of March at 02:00 and ends on the last Friday of October at 02:00. These new DST rules were introduced from 2013, and a new dedicated time zone was also added (UTC+1 Tripoli) (KB 2795255).

  • Israel Standard Time:
DST starts on the Friday before the last Sunday of March and ends on the last Sunday of October at 02:00. This new DST rule is applicable from 2013 to 2023.

  • Pacific S.A. Standard Time:
DST ends on April 27, 2013 and starts on September 7, 2013. This change is for 2013 only (KB 2826777).

  • Paraguay Standard Time:
DST ends on March 23, 2013. This change incorporates the shortened DST rules for Paraguay in 2013 (KB 2828891).

  • Morocco Standard Time:
The change in the August DST cumulative update will account only for History Correction after the DST 2013 Ramadan fix-it solution that is shipped in June 2013 (KB 2739150).
