A hotfix is available for Windows DST support for (UTC +12:00)Fiji and (UTC -11:00)Samoa [MS]

For (UTC +12:00) Fiji, this hotfix updates the 2011 DST end-date to be the first Sunday in March (March 6th), and not the last Sunday in March. The March 6th date corresponds to the schedule shown on the Fijian government website,

For (UTC -11:00) Samoa, this hotfix updates the 2011 DST end-time by one hour, so it ends Sunday April 3 2011 at 1am instead of midnight. In other words, at 01:00:00 on Sunday April 3rd, 2011, DST ends and and clocks revert to Sunday April 3 2011 at 00:00:00 (midnight).
