Video: Add pictures to slides [MS]

Pictures add meaning and visual appeal. You can insert pictures from your computer or from the web.

Insert a picture from your computer

  1. Select Insert > Pictures.

  2. Choose the picture you want and select Insert.

Insert an online picture

  1. Select Insert > Online Pictures.

  2. Select where to get the picture. Sign In if needed.

  3. Choose the picture you want and then select Insert.

Replace a picture

  1. Right-click the picture.

  2. Select Change Picture and select an option:

    • From a File

    • From Online Services

    • From Icons

    • From Clipboard

  3. Choose the picture and select Insert.
