Outlook hosted applications display empty screen when launched from left menu [MS]

When launching a hosted application from the left menu (such as ToDo, Yammer, or Bookings), the application displays an empty screen.


To workaround this issue, close Outlook and all Office applications, and then re-launch Outlook. The hosted application should now launch successfully.
