Outlook hosted application displays incorrect or missing information [MS]

Last Updated: August 20, 2021

When launching a hosted application from the left menu (such as ToDo, Yammer, or Bookings), the content of the application is missing or cannot launch.

Hosted applications launched from the left menu within Outlook depend on the signed-in Office Account to correctly launch and display the hosted application content.

To work around this issue, you may need to change the signed-in Office Account in Outlook. To do this, open Outlook, go to File > Account, and click Switch account.

For more information about Account sign in, go to Sign in to Office.
